What's New for Respond 19.0

Enhancements

  • Supervisor View

    • Modified the truck icon to hover directly over AVL location

    • Updated AVL locations for resources regardless of assignment status

    • Resource clusters represent when multiple vehicles are located in a small geographical area based on the current map view. The number of vehicles represented in an area is shown in a colored circle. Click the cluster to zoom in and view the vehicles with the cluster.

    • Modified the filter logic so that newly added trips respect the current filter

  • Easily email ZOLL Respond application logs from any device directly to ZOLL Support for use in troubleshooting issues. For more information, see Sending device logs from a device.

Note: Emailing the logs will not initiate a support case. You must still contact ZOLL Support to initiate a support case.
  • ZOLL Support can now retrieve ZOLL Respond Server logs from ZOLL Online.

  • There is a now configuration option that controls the crew's ability to use the “Partially Available” status in Respond. The setting name is "Don't allow ZOLL Respond users to set status to Partially Available." When enabled, this timestamp will continue to be available to a RescueNet Dispatcher but will no longer available to Respond users.

  • Calculate odometer based mileage when At Destination is set from RescueNet Dispatch.

Bug fixes

  • Android only: Updated logic to respect ETA Time Interval while vehicle is moving.

  • Addressed an issue where vehicle identifiers were showing incorrectly in the map view.

  • Fixed an issue where the At Destination odometer was reported as 0.0 when Transporting miles was 0.0, ignoring valid At Scene miles.

  • Fixed an issue where UTC time rather than local device time was being displayed in crew notifications.
